Monday Mantra

Back today from a lovely weekend, albeit exhausting, which is why I'm so looking forward to this big cup of coffee in my hands, a little Ray LaMontagne on Pandora, getting back on track for the week ahead. Stumbled across our mantra for the week on Friday, and it lingered in my mind all weekend:
