So, I headed to the grocery store for ingredients to make these babies:
Oh that's right. Cake Batter Blondies. I won't lie and say I didn't gasp with delight when I stumbled across this recipe via Girl Meets Life. I also won't lie and say the batter wasn't the best I've ever had (salmonella, what's that? I love batter/dough). Currently, I'm
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
directions: Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add the milk slowly – you want the batter to remain as dense as possible. Then mix in the rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Duh I added extra sprinkles for added goodness.
