For the longest time now, I've been fascinated with red lips. A style icon in its own, this particular lipstick can make white teeth whiter and a casual outfit glamorous-- classy statement that has ridden through the decades. However, for the longest time now I have also been perplexed at what color red lipstick to try myself. You see, my almost black hair makes it hard to find one that compliments not only that, but my semi-tan complexion without making me look (cough) cheap... which is, the ultimate horror.  Whether it candy apple red, fire engine red, or a darker blood red, each misses slightly the red look that I am going for. So, please tell, how do you choose your red lips?
