Temperatures have dropped again, and while its windy and frigid outside, my thoughts are (as usual) drifting towards warm rays of sunshine and cloudless skies. I love the floral accents of the coat and light lavender scarf of this winter ensemble....hurrying the first glimpses of spring at their finest.
